Lady Gaga isn't shy when it comes to flaunting some bare skin:

But when exiting ITV Studios on Tuesday evening (Oct. 29), Mother Monster experience an UNINTENTIONAL wardrobe malfunction - thanks to her crazy peacock-inspired ensemble.

After her Graham Norton Show appearance, the ARTPOP songstress left the UK studio in a pair of killer platform heels and an intense feather headpiece resembling a Mohawk. Due to the bizarre costume, Gaga had some difficulty maneuvering her way into the waiting taxi van. Check out the photos here.

While Gaga tried to shove her gigantic head dress into the vehicle, she accidentally flashed her boobs to the paparazzi. Of course the "Venus" beauty wasn't wearing a bra...

Gaga's entourage was already waiting inside the car during her awkward nip-slip, so they couldn't really help as the photogs continues to snap pics of the singer's tat-tas.

Eventually Gaga stumbles into the vehical, basically landing smack on her face in the back seat. The crowd simply "ohhs" and "ahhs" while watching the entire debacle:
