Following her stint on MTV's hit reality show "The Hills," Heidi Montag became obsessed with plastic surgery. A few years ago, the stunning blonde had a major breast augmentation, resulting in an F-cup size. In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Montag reveals that she regrets getting the surgery, and she actually decided to get the implants removed. Watch footage from the operating room as Montag replaces her large implants with D-cups, and breathes a huge sigh of relief following the procedure.
Montag tells ET, "I do regret getting the implants... My new doctor was like, 'You should never have been allowed by the doctor to get implants this big... I put my security and sexuality in my breast size instead of my confidence."
"I just want to rip them off!" Spencer Pratt's wife exclaims.
According to the aspiring singer/fashion designer, she suffered major health risks due to the rather extravagant boob job. Montag experienced very painful spinal and muscular damage in her neck, back, and arms because of such large "assets," making her life a “living nightmare.”
At 27-years-old, Montag finally decided to get the F-cups removed. Check out the exclusive ET footage here.
TV host Brook Anderson posted on Twitter on Thursday (Oct. 31):
