Love and Hip Hop New York fake marriage: Amina Buddafly deported for marriage fraud, singer caught in immigration scandal with Peter Gunz

Love and Hip Hop New York may lose Amina Buddafly soon after new reports show that the aspiring singer allegedly had immigration problems and was almost deported in 2011. On a forum immigration website the singer discussed her alleged deportation when she wasn't allowed to come back in the United States.

The singer wrote under user name "abuddafly" and asked for any tips that would help her stay in America, "I am a 20 something female german citizen with a german passport who has been living and working in the US for the past 5 years on P1 working visas and/or the Visa Waiver Program." She added, "I never really had problems in the past but 3 weeks ago i was refused entry at the airport in the US." 

One user told the reality star to get a quickie marriage, "the only solution for you now is to marry your bf (who is , hopefully , a US Citizen)." 

Buddafly who is now married to her manager Peter Gunz was called out on her quick matrimony when Gunz's longtime girlfriend, Tara Wallace insinuated that the marriage was a fraud.

Wallace told TheYBF, "She'd like to walk around with the butterfly halo but that's just not the case. And I also think that she's not being honest with the nuances as to why they are married. And that's something that she can't talk about........ With the facts that I know about the marriage she shouldn't even say anything. She shouldn't even tell anyone. It should remain a secret. The way it was before the show started."

 Although the rumors of Amina's deportation seem possible, the singer claims that they are truly in love and even tattooed Gunz's name on her torso. Amina told the site, "You know it's ups and downs especially cause of the show. And he's like dealing with a lot of drama with his kids mother and it's still hard but we're still happily together and hopefully it's all going to end up a positive ending. You never know in life. That's the thing, with me, with knowing relationships, and now that I'm married for the first time in my life, and he is too. He's never been married before and this is his first time being married. I hope, I'm so hopeful, I can't do anything but pray about it.....and it's gonna last. But we'll see."
