Kanye West pleads not guilty To LAX paparazzo battery charges

As was expected, Kanye West plead "not guilty" to battery charges stemming from an incident outside LAX earlier this year. After a photographer hassled West, he can be seen on video stepping toward the pap and reaching for his camera.

It does not appear that Kanye physically assaulted the cameraman on the film, but the photog has hired Gloria Allred for his representation and has filed both criminal and civil assualt charges against the Yeezus rapper.

Should Kanye be convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of one year in federal prison.
