But now it looks like Cole is "creeping" on her estranged husband with a popular promoter from Atlanta named Rugs...

According to MediaTakeOut.com and several other gossip webloids, the "Woman to Woman" beauty partied with this Rugs guy on Thursday, Friday AND Saturday.

The 32-year-old "The Way It Is" crooner cuddled with Rugs at Drake's concert after-party in Atlants on Thursday (Nov. 7). Check out the photos here.

The duo got a little too close and flirty... they definitely appear to be more that just friends. Should Gibson have something to worry about, or is the couple already definitely split?
