Amy Robach breast cancer diagnosis revealed on 'GMA' on-air mammogram [VIDEO]: 'ABC News' starlet to undergo double mastectomy, Twitter fans send love

Just last month, popular ABC News correspondent Amy Robach underwent an on-air mammogram during a live episode of "Good Morning America." Soon afterwards, Robach discovered that she had breast cancer. On Monday's edition of the popular morning show (Nov. 11), the 40-year-old television journalist discussed the emotional diagnosis and revealed plans to undergo a double mastectomy followed by reconstructive surgery.

Robach revealed the cancer diagnosis alongside fellow "GMA" sweetheart Robin Roberts, who underwent a bone marrow transplant last year to treat MDS. Watch the emotional clip below:
