DMX recently found himself in front of yet another judge. But this time the rapper was awaiting a ruling on his latest bankruptcy filing, in which a federal judge promptly dismissed.

According to Journal News, the judge threw out DMX's case (real name Earl Simmons) stating there were "obvious inconsistencies regarding his income and assets."

In his paperwork, the rapper claimed he had a monthly income of $5,000 in one filing but listed his income as $1, 667 in another. He also claimed that he spent $1,000 per month on clothes but listed $0 worth of clothes as an asset.

The federal judge said it was "impossible to ascertain his financial affairs" while U.S. Trustee Tracy Hope Davis said Simmons failed to provide trustworthy information in his bankruptcy filing.

It is possible that Simmons may lose his share in a home in Mount Kisco, New York. His financial woes have also blocked his chances of getting a passport.

DMX's publicist, Domenick Nati, blames poor financial management by previous reps for getting him into these circumstances.

Simmons' attempt to reorganize his finances comes after he racked up $1.3 million in child support claims for his 10 children. The rapper originally filed for bankruptcy back in July.

Amidst his monetary troubles, Simmons has been trying to balance his arrests record, which has been unsuccessful.

Simmons was arrested last week in South Carolina for driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance. He missed a scheduled appearance on The Wendy Williams Show. This is Simmons' third arrest this year.
