Alec Baldwin's accused stalker, Genevieve Sabourin, heckles & shouts at '30 Rock' star, making him cry in court over denying sexual relationship [VIDEO]

For those of us not familiar with the current court case involving Hollywood star and Capital One Bank spokesperson Alec Baldwin, the actor is currently suing a woman named Genevieve Sabourin for stalking him. The accused claims that the two had a sexual relationship but Baldwin has denied it. Sabourin has been harassing the actor with numerous voicemails and e-mails, which Baldwin has called "nightmarish." At one point during the court proceedings this week, Baldwin broke down and cried while the accused was yelling at him.

When Baldwin denied the relationship in court, Sabourin yelled out "you're lying," which was just one of many outbursts from the accused stalker.

At on point, Baldwin became emotional when recounting an incident that involved his wife, Hilaria, having to deal with the stalker.

"I ran to tell my wife not to go near the door because I wasn't sure if she had a gun or a weapon or where we were at this point, and then I called the East Hampton police," he said.

When he started to cry, Sabourin asked very loudly why he was doing that. She maintains that she and Alec had some sort of romantic relationship in 2010 and that her multiple e-mails and voicemails are just her attempts at getting closure. Needless to say, this is a very emotional experience for both parties involved.

In case you were wondering, Baldwin was back to his old self when he told a photographer he recognized that he hoped he would choke to death.
