Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson sexy hotel hook-ups: 'addicted to each other,' marriage still on-hold, 'Twilight' heartthrob embarrassed of 'punching bag' status?

Former "Twilight" lovebirds Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson aren't ready to get married anytime soon, but they ARE interested in continuing secret, sexy hotel hook-ups. Still, the 27-year-old British heartthrob is wary of taking K-Stew back for good... wonder why?

Rumors suggest that R-Patz and 23-year-old Stewart are "officially" back together, but they are NOT talking wedding plans just yet:

And according to the gossip gurus for VH1's hit talk show "The Gossip Table," Pattinson and Stewart like keeping things hot:

When they're together in LA, the Hollywood duo enjoys hitting up different hotel hot-spots for sexy hook-ups (allegedly). They definitely want some privacy from the paparazzi before making their relationship public again.

Apparently, R-Patz is the one who's holding back. He's probably a little embarrassed, considering K-Stew cheated on him with "SWATH" director Rupert Sanders in the summer of 2012. He doesn't want to be viewed as some sort of human punching bag for taking Stewart back yet again.

Meanwhile, a source for HollywoodLife explains,  "Kristen and Rob have been in constant communication since she's been in New York... They speak on the phone almost every day and also send each other texts and photos."
