The latest edition of WWE's Monday Night Raw continued to develop toward the Survivor Series pay-per-view on Sunday. There are now a total of six matches announced for the event. Here is the updated card:
Backstage Heat on Ryback
The Wrestling Observer reports that there is definitely backstage heat on Ryback, and The Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer confirmed this news on his show "Wrestling Observer Radio."
On this week's edition of Raw, the Big Show beat Ryback cleanly and even kicked out of Ryback's finisher, Shell Shocked. Last week, Ryback lost to R-Truth when Raw was in Manchester, England.
Paul Heyman's WWE TV Return
The announcers said on Raw this week that Curtis Axel and Ryback are not Paul Heyman Guys anymore, and the Walrus has appeared on television only once since Hell in a Cell. The Wrestling Observer reports that WWE will likely keep Heyman off television until Brock Lesnar makes his return. Previous reports have indicated that the company might be planning for Lesnar to feud with Ryback, who would turn babyface. The story would involve Heyman bringing back Lesnar to get revenge on Ryback for his failure to stop CM Punk from destroying Heyman.
