Conan O'Brien's "Clueless Gamer" segment on his TBS late night talk show Conan is always an incredible treat for gamers. To see this TV personality attempt to play some of the newest and most iconic video games is simply hilarious considering O'Brien admits that he is not a gamer at all. So when Conan visits BlizzCon '13 this week, we got to see just how clueless he is about World of Warcraft.
The host meets with Tom Chilton, the Director for World of Warcraft and someone who actually met his wife while playing the game. Conan has some fun with that and even gets in an okay joke about the name of the convention. He says he accidentally went to "BlitzCon," which celebrates Wolf Blitzer.
From there, Conan gets to play some World of Warcraft with Production Director for World of Warcraft J. Allen Brack. As you can imagine, O'Brien is terrible at this game. Almost immediately we see Conan die while trying to play the game and he then gets into an argument with the player who had killed him.
Conan O'Brien interacting with an avid World of Warcraft player is meaning enough to watch this segment.
After this defeat, Conan sits in on the World Of Warcraft Global Finals at BlizzCon 13 as a commentator. Calling himself the "World Gaming Champion," O'Brien makes it pretty clear about how disinterested he is in this game.
