Eminem calls Macklemore 'dope' in Rolling Stone interview

That makes one of us. Apparently, God-King Of Paleface Rappers Eminem thinks Macklemore is "dope."

In an interview with Rolling Stone. Em admitted that he really likes what the Seattle rapper is doing.

"I've heard Macklemore's whole album... he's really dope. Macklemore is, yeah, he's dope," he said.

"I think there's very technical shit that he does. He's a really good songwriter, too. Conceptually, the shit he does is pretty fuckin' incredible," he added.

Macklemore responded:

"What meant the most to me out of all that shit, is what he said about the technical stuff, and the songwriting. Because I think a lot of people do, for whatever reason, think that there's not a technical skill set to what I bring to the records. And to have Em validate that - I mean, that's like the technician of technical rap. So that was super fresh to me. And obviously he's Em, he's one of the best rappers ever."

Of course, the "Thrift Shop" rapper failed to mention that Shady's raps have been nothing but technical, as of late. But I digress.

In other Em news, the "Rap God" has been making the rounds to promote his latest album MMLP2. He dropped by BBC Radio One and laid down an excellent version of "Stan."  In addition, he released the Max Headroom-inspired teaser for "Rap God."
