Former RHOA star Kim Zolciak welcomes twins with husband Kroy Biermann

Kim Zolciak, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, has given birth to twins. She and her husband Kroy Biermann now have 4 kids under the age of 2 and a half, not to mention Zolciak's teenage girls from previous relationships. Quite the handful, though they have likely hired some people to help out.

Zolciak, 35, married Biermann, 28, back in November 2011. Biermann is the defensive end for the Atlanta Falcons. In July 2013 Biermann announced that he officially adopted Zoliciak's daughers, Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12. The couple also has two sons, KJ, 2, and Kash, 12 months. The twins will have brothers to play with.  With three girls and three boys now, the family resembles a more eccentric version of the classic '70s TV show we know and love. At least according to Zolciak.

"We are officially the 'Biermann Bunch' now!" Zolciak wrote on Instagram. "Guess what?!!! The twins have arrived! We welcomed first a baby girl and second a handsome little boy! They are both healthy and Kroy and I are so thankful!!"

Zolciak has been vocal about her pregnancy through social media with fans. She did decide to keep the gender of each twin a secret until the delivery. But she shared some other personal details via Twitter on Nov. 17.

"Hubby just measured my belly OMG!!! 48 inches around!! And not ONE stretch mark!! I know stretch marks r genetics but I have some tricks!"

And on Nov. 20 her excitement was very apparent when she tweeted, "It's crazy 2 think I'll be delivering 2 babies!" she tweeted that same day. "What a miracle! We r so excited & so blessed 2 have the best OBGYN he has delivered 3 of mine!"

Surely Zolciak will take to Twitter and Instagram in the coming days or weeks to share photos of the new baby boy and girl.  No word yet on what their names are.
