To build hype for his upcoming album Black Panties, R. Kelly has started a "Black Panties hotline" that will enable fans to receive eight messages from the Pied Piper himself before the album's December release date.

There's no word yet on what the messages will contain, be it snippets of songs, outtakes or personal messages. However, fans can sign up by calling (312) 380-6596.

Recently, Kellz revealed the cover art and tracklisting for the upcoming album (and it's deluxe edition, which will come with an actual pair of black panties). The album will feature collaborations from Ludacris, Kelly Rowland, Jeezy, Migos and 2 Chainz (who appears on the current single "My Story").

Kellz has also landed himself in hot water (imagine!) after allegedly hiring an impostor to perform at an album-hyping party. Kelly denies the allegations and says that the person who performed the show was very much him.
