Gucci Mane ordered to turn in his guns and ammunition

According to TMZ, the feds are coming for Gucci Mane and they aren't leaving until he gives up his guns.

A federal indictment obtained by the site indicates that Gucci owns two firearms that need to be turned over. The rapper reportedly owns a .40 caliber Glock and a .45 caliber Taurus.

Gucci has been ordered to turn in both guns along with the ammunition.

According to the report, concerns about Gucci's prior arrests are what triggered the order. As we all know, Gucci has quite the temper and he doesn't discriminate, male or female. Guess it would make sense to take his guns, right?

Gucci isn't the first rapper to have a run in with the law over guns but he can't seem to stray away from trouble.

The Atlanta rapper was arrested in mid-September on multiple charges including marijuana and weapons possession. He also has a pending assault case from an incident earlier this year where he allegedly hit a club patron with a bottle.

He also served a six-month jail sentence in 2005 for assault and during this time period he was charged with murder, but the case was later dropped.

The rapper recently announced on Twitter that he had an addiction to promethazine with codeine and would be seeking help. This announcement came days after the rapper went on a rant calling out some of hip-hop's heavy hitters, including Nicki Minaj.

Gucci has also filed a lawsuit against his former manager Debra Antney and Waka Flocka Flame. Antney, who is also Waka's mother, fired back calling Gucci's legal action "crazy."
