Gold Coast mayor Tom Tate has issued an all-tomato to pop singer Justin Bieber, come back and clean up the graffiti he sprayed on the side of a Queensland hotel, or face the consequences (those consequences being a private concert at the mayor's Christmas party).

"I've got a message for pop princess Justin Beaver," Tate said, in a video obtained by TMZ"We love your music but we hate your graffiti and your vandalism here in our city."

He laid out a course for Bieber to make amends.

"Mate, you've got two choices -- come back and clean up your mess or come back and sing at the [Mayor's Christmas Carols event] on the 7th of December."

Of course, this doesn't change the fact that the hotel granted the pop singer permission to spray paint their walls. Tate works around this by petitioning the citizens of Gold Coast to call the hotel and complain about the graffiti.

Tate had previously expressed his displeasure with Bieber's antics, saying they glorified vandalism.

"The last thing we want is to have graffiti glorified and more young people thinking it's a cool thing to do," he said.

The mayor also ended the video with "C'mon. Make me a Belieber" because, of course he did.
