Disclosure is gearing up for a new album of remixes after dominating 2012 with their debut LP Settle. Our first glimpse of the new project comes courtesy of a Kaytranada remix of "January" that actually stands up to anything that was on the best dance album released this year.
Check it out below:
The tracklist for the cleverly titled Settle: The Remixes is below:
01 "Apollo"
02 "January (Kaytranada Edition)"
03 "Latch (DJ Premier Remix)"
04 "Latch (T. Williams Remix)"
05 "Voices (Wookie Remix)"
06 "When A Fire Starts to Burn (Midland Remix)"
07 "White Noise (Hudson Mohawke Remix)"
08 "You & Me (Flume Remix)"
09 "You & Me (Baauer Remix)"
10 "F For You (T.E.E.D. Remix)"
11 "Help Me Lose My Mind (Paul Woolford Remix)"
12 "Help Me Lose My Mind (Larry Heard - Fingers Chillout Mix)"
13 "Help Me Lose My Mind (SOHN Remix)"
14 "Stimulation (Preditah Remix)"
15 "Together"
DO YOU SEE THE DJ PREMIER REMIX OF "LATCH"? DO YOU FREAKING SEE IT? Also, viral sensation and only-trap-artist-to-cross-over Baauer should have an interesting take on "You And Me."
The upstart duo recently got in quite a bit of trouble for the video to "Help Me Lose My Mind", so it's nice to see them respond in kind with three different versions of the track on the new album.
Settle: The Remixes drops 12/17.
