NBC's The Voice aired its Season 5 performance finale on Monday night, but the wildly popular reality singing competition actually dropped a bit compared to last week and to previous finales.

The episode drew 12.7 million viewers and a 3.3 rating in the adults 18-49 demographic. That represents a four percent drop in total viewers and a drop of two-tenths in the demo from last week. It also represents a decrease from the Season 3 (13.4 million and 4.2 rating) and Season 4 (12.7 million and 3.7 rating) performance finales.

Immediately after that, The Sing-Off hauled in 7.8 million viewers and a 2.2 rating, which marked a huge increase from its most recent airing that amassed 4.6 million viewers and a 1.3 rating. That episode, though, did not have the benefit of a Voice lead-in. The numbers also represent a seven percent decrease in total viewers and a two-tenths drop in the rating from last Monday's premiere.

On CBS, How I Met Your Mother aired its midseason finale, which was one of the strongest episodes of Season 9, on Monday night. But the show hit a season low with 7.7 million viewers and a 2.7 demo rating. That represents a 10 percent drop in the demo from the previous new episode, which aired two weeks ago. The one-week break possibly contributed to the low ratings.

2 Broke Girls also dropped 15 percent to 7.6 million total viewers and a 2.3 rating, while Mike & Molly rose two-tenths in the demo to a 2.2 rating and 8.8 million total viewers. Mom dropped 10 percent to 7.3 million viewers and a 1.9 rating, while Hostages ended the night with an eight-week high of 5.1 million total viewers and a one-tenth increase to a 1.2 demo rating.

Finally, Fox's Almost Human dropped 11 percent to 5.3 million viewers and a 1.6 rating and ABC's Christmas Light Fight dropped 15 percent from last week's premiere to 4.6 million viewers and a 1.2 rating.
