Adam Levine was right when during the final performances on Monday he told Tessanne Chin, "I know in my mind and heart you are the winner of this show." Chin, 28, was crowned the champion of the fifth season of The Voice on Tuesday at the end of a two-hour show filled with amazing star-studded performances.

The night included performances by Celine Dion with Chin doing "Love Can Move Mountains," Paramore sang "Ain't It Fun" with Jacquie Lee and Aloe Blacc paired up with Will Champlin for "Wake Me Up."

Lady Gaga hit the stage with Christina Aguilera for "Do What U Want," Dion and Ne-Yo shared their new duet "Incredible" and OneRepublic performed "I Lived." It was quite an impressive lineup.

Previously eliminated contestants from this season also performed a few songs as a group, the stand out being their rendition of "Bohemian Rhapsody." But after all of those amazing performances, which really emphasizes how prevalent this show has become, it came time to announce the winner.

Champlin made the third place spot, 16-year-old Lee in second and Chin was named the winner as she broke into tears and coach Levine dropped to his knees. Full of emotion, she then performed "Tumbling Down," the song that OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder wrote for the winner. He was recently appointed as the in-house songwriter and producer for the show. According to The Hollywood Reporter, writing this song wasn't an easy task for Tedder.

"It was interesting because it's kind of a moving target," he said about writing the song before the winner was chosen. "Instead of doing the 'standing on a mountaintop, I've won everything' kind of song, we wanted to do a real song about love and heartbreak -- something that people can actually relate to."

Tedder announced that he will be working with Chin on her first record starting in January.
