Justin Bieber Security IHop Brawl: Security rough up paps and witnesses for taking Bieber's picture.

Singer Justin Bieber was involved in an IHop brawl according to HipHollywood. A complaint filed against Bieber's security for allegedly assaulting paparazzi.

Wednesday night in Encino, California. According to HipHollywood, authorities confirmed that there was a scuffle after paps were caught taking pictures of Bieber heading towards the bathroom.

A picture of the crazy event was posted on Twitter by @Haveyoulaughn captioned "Got crazy in IHop Justin Beiber".

This isn't the first time security got physical with paparazzi. On November 27, TMZ reported, that the paps were following Bieber's car in Sydney when Bieber's vehicle pulled over and unidentified bodyguard hopped-out and demanded that the paps to go away. They refused and the security allegedly kicked their car door.
