Chris Hemsworth On Being A Father Behind All The Success

The Australian Hunk and the guy behind 'The Thor' costume, Chris Hemsworth has been taking all his time to bond with his family as photographers took pictures of him last Monday in Sydney.

On a rare chance for a day-off, Hemsworth took the time to surf the waters even if it was cold around. This started the paparazzi photos spreading around with the topless hunk and his amazing abs as he took a dip from Park Hyatt pool.

The star is in Down Under for the press promotion of his new film with Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron, 'Snow White and the Huntsman.' Unfortunately, his wife, Elsa Pataky, and daughter, India, could not make it from London. He admitted that there have been problems with their baby getting a passport especially when the photograph needs to be taken and yet the baby was always looking the other way.

As a father, Hemsworth is shocked every day with how fast his little baby is growing. "Literally, every two weeks, I'm like who is this child," Hemsworth said in one interview.

He and Stewart may be just around for pure press trip but he takes advantage of the time to catch up with his Aussie friends and family. Hemsworth admitted that he is just up around Australia for four days but he needs to see around 70 people of close relatives and friends just to say hello.

Chris Hemsworth got his big break in Hollywood when he started appearing for movie projects that are of the super hero themes like 'Thor' and 'The Avengers.'

For all his success, he shows his gratefulness to his parents who have always been on full support to what he does. He shared with the Sunrise program in Seven Network that even when others think that acting is a crazy career to pursue, his parents still believed in him even way back when he was still a stay in 'Home and Away.'

Hemsworth is set to star as a race car driver for 'Rush,' a Formula One movie to be directed by Ron Howard. There are still no news about its release date but other news say that it is set for the Oscars by 2013.
