Former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer recently filed a second protective edict against her ex-boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos. Now Grammer, who says the Greek lawyer has assaulted her, has filed legal papers to obtain a permanent restraining order. The reality star, 45, wants to make sure her ex cannot get near her indefinitely.
Grammer was able to put a restraining order in place in October for Los Angeles, but not for the entire Southern California region. That order prevented 36-year-old Charalambopoulos from coming within 100 feet of her or her children.
Earlier this month, an emergency protective order was put in place in Texas following an incident in Houston. This order prevented Charalambopoulos from making any contact for 61 days.
In a Houston hotel room on Oc. 16, Grammer's ex was charged with assault of a family member and impeding breath, according to the Daily Mail. Charalambopoulos allegedly slammed Grammer's head into furniture and grabbed her by her hair and repeatedly 'pulled her head into the bed and headboard.' Grammer said he ": 'succeeded in pulling out swaths of my hair and gave me a large, painful contusion on the side of my head."
As far as the impeding breath charge, Grammer said, "[He] squeezed my nose between his fingers and pushed upward forcefully, meanwhile covering my mouth in an attempt to silence me and to prevent me from breathing."
The abuse charges, considered a felony in Texas, were denied by Charalambopoulos and he posted a non-arrest bond of $5,000.
