The Road to WrestleMania is just around the corner and we have plenty of news to report about WrestleMania 30 and the WWE's creative plans for the event.

The Wrestling Observer reports that, as has been discussed for weeks, the company plans to end the "Authority" storyline that began at SummerSlam at WrestleMania 30 and the current plan is for WWE COO Triple H to face CM Punk at the event. But WWE has also reportedly discussed Triple H vs. Roman Reigns as a backup plan, as the company has been teasing a face turn for Reigns in the past month or so.

According to the report, John Cena will again headline WrestleMania, but the company does not have a plan in place yet for a match. The rumor is that if Hulk Hogan cannot tag team with Cena for a match at the pay-per-view, then Cena could face Bray Wyatt in the main event.

Wyatt has been a rising star recently, but some might wonder why he would be thrust into the main event of one of the biggest pay-per-views in company history. The answer appears to be John Cena. According to the report, Vince McMahon recently told WWE writers and producers, "Cena is the main event until his time is clearly up. That man feeds us!" According to The Wrestling Observer, Vince also reportedly told the writing team in a recent creative meeting that the WWE no longer has babyfaces and heels.

Brock Lesnar Possibly Returning to UFC

F4WOnline.com reports that many WWE employees believe that Brock Lesnar has a deal with the company that would permit him to participate in one UFC fight if he chose to do so. Others in the company disagree, but the majority thinks that he can do an MMA fight under his current deal.

MMAFighting.com reports that Lesnar could be interested in doing just that. The site reports that The Beast will be at the UFC 168 event on Saturday in Las Vegas and that he will meet with UFC President Dana White after the event. Someone asked White about it at the press conference for UFC 168 and he replied, "Really? I don't know. I honestly don't know. Honestly."

F4WOnline.com also reports that many backstage believe that Brock Lesnar will return to WWE television the night after or the week after Royal Rumble on Jan. 26. Reportedly, the current plan within WWE is for Lesnar to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 30.
