Drake and Kanye West just may have had the best year in hip-hop. With sold out tours and highly successful albums, the two were pretty much inescapable in 2013. So it's no surprise that these two are among the top searched people on Google for the year.

Mr. Yeezus rounded off the list as the 10th most popular searched celebrity in the US. Also on the list were Katy Perry, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Rihanna and Yeezy's fiancé Kim Kardashian.

Moving up the list, Drake came in at second, just behind America's favorite twerker Miley Cyrus.

Drizzy recently sat down with Vibe Magazine and explained his high regard for Kanye. During his interview, Drake had this to say:

"He's, like, the best. What an era to be a part of. I wouldn't want my competition to be anybody else. My competition is nobody else, by the way. It's just me and 'Ye. I still have work to do but that's what it is right now."

And it seems to be a relationship with mutual respect as Kanye thinks highly of Drake as well.

During one of his tour stops, Kanye called Drake a "rap god" and even questioned the Academy asking, "So Grammys, you're telling me "Hold On We're Going Home" isn't the song of the year?"

Maybe the two will get in the studio together some time this year. They sounded great together on "Forever."

What do you think of Drake and Kanye West being named among the most searched celebrities?
