Onyx announce new album titled '#WAKEDAFUCUP'

2014 is going to be full of shouting. First, we kicked off the new year with a track from Waka Flocka Flame. Now, there's this: Onyx will release their first new album in a decade, titled #WAKEDAFUCUP.

Onyx crept back into the public conscious late last year with an out-of-nowhere appearance on A$AP Ferg's excellent debut Trap Lord. Now, the  rappers are primed for a full album release, dropping news of the second sequel to their landmark 1993 album Bacdafucup (with an unfortunate hashtag thrown in because 2014).

The album will be produced entirely by a German production duo called Snowgoons who - despite having a name that instantly conjures up images of a rather dark time in their country's history - have worked with noted rap barkers like M.O.P. and Jedi Mind Tricks.
