Meet Michelle Pritchett, a married mother of three, a photographer, oh, and a fighter. This Alabama fan showed her spirit when she jumped into a crowd of Oklahoma fans at the Sugar Bowl and let the students have it.
Pritchett has finally stepped forth in an interview to clear her name to say she was not drunk during her airborne attack and that if she had to, she would do it all over again.
In an interview with Yellow Hammer News, the mother claims she was defending her son, after the OU fans insulted him.
"What I did was probably not the thing to do. But they were taunting us. They began by going after me. But then they crossed the line and started taunting my 16-year-old son," she claimed.
After being called a "stupid b----" by the students, Pritchett lost it and said she was embarrassed.
"I'm embarrassed," Pritchett admitted. "I love The Tide and I apologize to all the players and to Coach Saban and to the entire fan base. I'm sorry."
In the video it seems as if the mother was wasted, but she insisted that she knows her drinking limit. "I wasn't intoxicated... I want people to know that. I'd had a couple of drinks, but I was not intoxicated."
As far as regrets for the viral video, Pritchett said she has none. "I hate to say it, but I'd do it again if I had to. I'm not going to let anyone go after my son."
