X-Men: Days of Future Past features a mashup of mutants from the original X-Men movie trilogy and the 2011 hit X-Men: First Class as Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) travels through time to stop a cataclysmic event that would destroy most or all mutants. Part of the plot (presumably in the 1970s) focuses on Bolivar Trask (Peter Dinklage), who creates the robotic Sentinels that wipe out mutants.

But according to a post from Think McFly Think (via Comic Book Movie), Colossus (Daniel Cudmore) could fight a Sentinel, likely in the present day. The site had posted an excerpt of the script from Days of Future Past that described Colossus fighting a Sentinel, which smacks down the metal mutant and seemingly crushes him. It's unclear if Colossus survives the attack.

But the studio forced Comic Book Movie to take down the photo of the excerpt, which could indicate that the scene will actually appear in the movie. Moreover, it could spoil the character's death, if the Sentinel succeeds in squashing him, that is.

The movie boasts a rich cast, including Jennifer Lawrence as Young Mystique, Michael Fassbender as Young Magneto, James McAvoy as Young Charles Xavier, Nicholas Hoult as Young Beast, Patrick Stewart as Charles Xavier, Ian McKellen as Magneto, Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, Anna Paquin as Rogue, Ellen Page as Kitty Pryde, Shawn Ashmore as Iceman, Halle Berry as Storm, Lucas Till as Havok, Daniel Cudmore as Colossus, Peter Dinklage as Bolivar Trask, Omar Sy as Bishop, Boo Boo Stewart as Warpath, Fan Bingbing as Blink, Evan Peters as Quicksilver, Adan Canto as Sunspot, Josh Helman as William Stryker and possibly James Marsden as Cyclops.

X-Men: Days of Future Past is scheduled for release on May 23, 2014.
