'KUWTK' Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom get divorce advice from Bruce Jenner

Lamar Odom is getting 2014 divorce advice from Khloe Kardashian's step-dad, Bruce Jenner.

The "Keeping up with the Kardashian" reality star has allegedly spoken to the NBA star about how to go about his break up in 2014, according to Hollywoodlife.com source, "He told Lamar to forget about everything that happened in 2013 and not drag all the drama, defeats and embarrassments with him," the source said.

"Bruce told him, 'It will eat you alive and ruin any progress if you stay in the past.' He also told Lamar to stay off the websites and turn the TV off and not listen to gossip about him," the source adds. "He basically gave Lamar a lot of advice and mental support."

It was previously reported that the athlete was worried about his portrayal in the upcoming season of "KUWTK" since they made their break up official.

According to a RadarOnline.com source, "The last thing Lamar needs in his life is to be portrayed as a schmuck. Khloe has assured him that it won't be bad, but how can it not be? The end of the marriage is going to be Khloe's main storyline next season and Lamar is afraid that his drug use and cheating will be addressed on the show."

Although, Khloe was embarrassed by the news of her estranged husband cheating on her with countless mistresses and alleged drug use, she still wants to help him with some of his issues.

 "She is making sure he is taking care of responsibilities with his DUI and meeting with his trainer," the source continued, "It's definitely a mother-son type of relationship. There will always be a lot of love there between the two, but Khloe has definitely moved on. There are zero plans for the former couple to reconcile and both are very amicable right now, which is a good sign for the divorce. It should be quick, with no drama."

Even though, Khloe has remained a supportive estranged wife, the Olympic decathlete warned him that he may be put on blast for their break up since they are so public about personal affairs

 "Hope for the best but expect the worst when it comes to that show and what they're going to reveal, because this is how they survive - by putting everything on the table," the source quoted Jenner.
