Rumors swirled during the Christmas week that Brock Lesnar would be at the UFC 168 pay-per-view to meet with Dana White about a possible return to the company. Those rumors more or less died after Lesnar was nowhere to be seen during the event, but they have started again thanks to some new information.
Lance Pugmire of The Los Angeles Times tweeted the following on Monday afternoon to report that Lesnar is, in fact, in talks to make a return to MMA:
@danawhite told me last week he was "talking" to @DCBROCKLESNAR but wouldn't announce anything until a signing.

If true, it's unclear what this would mean for Lesnar's WWE status.
Ken Shamrock possible WWE return?
This could of course be completely innocuous, but former WWE and UFC star Ken Shamrock took to his own Twitter to post the simple message "Vince lets chat. Thank you. Ken" to the WWE's official Twitter and to that of its owner, Vince McMahon. Shamrock later retweeted some fans' enthusiastic messages hoping for him to return to the company.
What happened after Old School Raw ended?
After Old School Raw went off the air on Monday night, CM Punk, The New Age Outlaws and Jake the Snake Roberts celebrated in the ring some more. Punk got on the microphone and thanked the crowd for coming and said he had three words for them. Billy Gunn took the mic and said "Jake The Snake."
They left the ring and John Cena then defeated Randy Orton by disqualification in the dark match main event. The referee got knocked down and did not see Orton tapping out to the STF, and Orton later hit Cena with a low blow to get disqualified.
