The British Academy of Film and Television Arts has released its official list of nominees for the 2014 Awards Ceremony celebration, taking place Sunday February 16. This awards celebration of the achievements in film for the previous year might not mean that much to the United States, but this nominations list is definitely something to pay attention to. Though there are some different categories like "Rising Star" and British-centric award categories, this ceremony is a great way to predict Academy Award winners just as we do with the Golden Globes.
Next week, the 2014 Oscar nominations will be announced, but it is almost certain that the categories will resemble the BAFTA list below.
