Amanda Bynes pleas out in bong-throwing case

Remember the few weeks where we were all seriously worried about Amanda Bynes before Miley's non-twerking pancake rear end took our minds in different directions? If you do, then you might recall the story of Amanda Bynes' throwing a bong out of the window of her Manhattan apartment.

Luckily for the former Nickelodeon star, the case will be tossed out as long as she continues to seek counseling for her recent behavior on a biweekly basis (and doesn't get arrested again, of course).

In court on Friday, she formally entered into a Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal deal with prosecutors, which requires her to continue therapy and obey all laws for six months in order for the case to be completely thrown out
