Fans of HBO's hit series True Blood are preparing for the seventh and final season of this show premiering this summer, but star Stephen Moyer recently hinted that this wouldn't exactly be the end of the show. In a new interview, the actor that portrays Bill on the series said that while the summer of 2015 is probably going to be a bit boring, the hot months of 2016 will feature a special surprise for fans of the show.

When asked by The Examiner about what plans he has for his future, the actor decided to use the interview as a teaser for an even bigger announcement most likely coming this year.

"What are you going to do in the summer of 2015? I'm not sure about the summer of 2015, but if things go the way I'm hoping there will be something to watch in the summer of 2016." the actor teased. "We'll have an announcement about that... soonish."

For now, we just have to speculate on what Moyer means exactly by this statement. We do know that 2014 hold the end of the story, but now we know that there could be some sort of continuation just two years later. Many have pondered the idea of a movie whereas others have talked about a whole new spinoff series.

What do you think will happen in the summer of 2016? What are you hoping Moyer means by this cryptic statement? Showrunner Brian Buckner recently said that the final season would "bring Sookie's story to a close with heart, imagination and, of course, fun," but now it looks like we'll be getting some more True Blood later on!
