Adele working with Madonna on new album?

As we've previously reported, Adele has essentially been chained to her piano to create a new album for 2014. The woman behind Amazon's top-selling album of all time (and the only album to top best-seller charts two consecutive years in the SoundScan era) took a bit of break to spend time with her husband and newborn baby. However, it seems it's time for Adele to get back to making everyone bajillions of dollars, including Madonna.

According to the Daily Mail, Madge is asking Adele to help her with a new, grown-up album to distance herself from the dance-pop of her recent past. 

In return, Madonna will pen a track for Adele's new album.

"They have met in London and plan  a writing session to produce a track for each other's new albums," an unnamed source told the Mail.

Apparently, Adele has been in a generous mood lately. She upped the profile of Wiz Khalifa's new album Blacc Hollywood considerably by agreeing to appear in a guest slot.
