MStars has learned that actress Tori Spelling received a notice from her landlord asking her to pay her rent, or leave. According to TMZ Spelling did both, she has already paid for the rent and left.

The site reveals that Tori and her family moved out of their Tarzana house last month, but it seems they forgot to pay the rent on the last month. The upset landlord created a legal notice on the front of the fence telling the star to pay the back rent, or face a formal eviction.

Due to the fact that Tori had already moved, there wasn't anybody to evict. More than $7k is said to be unpaid in rent. A lawyer in Tori's camp says that the matter was just a "clerical error," and that the rent has been paid for up to January. It seems there has been a lot of issues with the landlord and its tenants.

A rep for Tori said that the landlord was a nightmare and would not repair numerous things in the house which is why the family decided to move before the lease ended.
