Texans running back, Arian Foster sued! Woman claims she is being forced into having an abortion

Arian Foster is in deep water. TMZ reports that the Texans running back tried to convince a woman into aborting their unborn child, including his brother to put pressure on the issue. 

The lawsuit filed by the woman who claims to be pregnant with the NFL star's baby is named Brittany. The legal documents were filed in Texas, and from the looks of the photos Brittany seems to be very pregnant. 

This drama will probably start a riot, because Foster is married to another woman, named Romina and has a daughter named, Zeniah. In the lawsuit, Brittany stated that she was currently 4 months pregnant, and when she told Arian he "constantly harassed [her] to get an abortion for the child."

Brittany adds that her lover "used family members to additionally harass [her] to get an abortion." Brittany also describes Arian's brother approaching her about the abortion telling her, "If you love [Arian] so much you would get an abortion."

The unborn child is due in June, and the mother-to-be has already made moves on obtaining a DNA test showing that there's a 99.9% probability that Arian is the father. 

Brittany is ordering Arian to pay child support and is asking for a restraining order to force him to stop asking for an abortion. The pregnant woman is also asking for damages for emotional distress.
