Charlie Sheen To Play President In "Machete 2"

It was announced on Thursday via Twitter that Charlie Sheen is set to portray the president of the United States in the upcoming "Machete 2." The news broke after the film's director, Robert Rodriguez, tweeted, "I just cast Charlie Sheen in #machetekills as the President of the United States! Who better? More soon ... "

According to Sheen's rep, he is still in negotiations to star in the movie. The troubled "Anger Management" actor will likely be a welcome addition to the action satire. After all, the first "Machete" featured Lindsay Lohan in a role that mocked her well-publicized tribulations. Though little is known about Sheen's role, it could rival some of the most ridiculous fictional movie presidents of all time.
