The year may still have that shiny new car smell but the awards season is tried and true in the middle of January. This week alone, the Golden Globes and Critics' Choice Awards took place, and all of the biggest stars in music, movies and TV were there to capture it all for you on Instagram.

Of course, that's not all that took place this week, and stars such as Miley Cyrus, Drake and Ryan Seacrest just showed off their goofy sides. Let's check out this week's best celebrity Instagrams, shall we?

One of the biggest surprises of Sunday's Golden Globes was jokester Andy Samberg's win for Best Actor in a TV Comedy. It was clear that even he was shocked at the win, and that continued backstage, as depicted in this official Golden Globe Instagram pic:

Of course, he wasn't the only one celebrating. 30 Seconds to Mars frontman/actor Jared Leto picked up a Golden Globe for Best Actor and celebrated with none other than Taylor Swift... for some reason.

And finally, Girls funnywoman Lena Dunham showed us that the Golden Globes aren't always ~that~ glamorous as she stuffed herself and gorgeous yellow dress into a car post-show.

The other awards show this week, the Critics' Choice Awards were hosted by Aisha Tyler and she showed all her haters in life who's the big girl now when she posed with Meryl Streep.
