Justin Bieber Shows off New Tattoo on Late Night Show

Justin Bieber appeared on David Letterman's show 'Late Night'

On his show, Letterman noticed a tattoo on the inside of Justin's forearm and cried, "Oh God, how many do you have?"

Justin explained that he got the new tattoo to celebrate the important day of his album 'Believe' released.

Letterman, then suddenly grabbed Justin's arm and tried to rub the tattoo off. Justin was yelling 'Eh, Eh, Eh, Eh, Eh this is a brand new!'

"Do me a favor. Don't go nuts, you know what I mean?" Letterman said to Bieber. "Because more and more, you see the 'mural' and like the Sistine Chapel... it's too much," he continued.

"I'm not going for the 16th chapel," Justin responded and audience laughed.  Apparently, Bieber was not familiar with the Sistine Chapel, which is one of the greatest art works made by man.

Letter let out with a sigh, "Canadian high school."
