MStars has learned that Keeping up with the Kardashians, momanager Kris Jenner will not be picked up for her talk show hosted on FOX TV stations in 2014. According to Deadline, Jenner's show, Kris may have a better chance in 2015.
Kris, which was produced by sibling Twentieth Television, had a six-week trial run on multiple Fox stations this last summer. Stephen Brown, EVP Programming & Development, Fox Television Stations stated that, "Kris will not be on the schedule for the 2014 syndication season. However, the possibility for the talk show, or an additional project for Kris Jenner, for the 2015 season is being discussed and highly considered."
Kris didn't quite make a mark in ratings like her E! reality TV show, Keeping up with the Kardashians. Maybe this proved that Jenner was not successful without some kind of nonsense from her family.
In a final attempt to gain better ratings, and keep her afloat, Jenner brought on her future son-in-law, Kanye West as guest on the show, he showed the first photo of his daughter, North West, whom he had with Kim Kardashian.
Sources reveal that Fox is impressed with Jenner's professionalism, work ethics, and personality, and make it clear that the break is not a bad one.
Kris was one of two syndicated talk shows that have been brought to the world of talk shows. Warner Bros' Bethenny is still on the charts, The Real is said to be returning in late 2014. Other new talk shows include Sony's The Queen Latifah Show, late-night talker Arsenio Hall, and Katie, which will end in May.
