Grammy Winning Artist Maxwell Cancels Tour

Maxwell developed a vocal swelling and hemorrhaging that is serious enough to cancel his entire summer tour.  The R&B Singer will spend time resting and receiving treatment as advised by the doctors.

The disappointed singer tweeted on June 22 with appreciation towards his supportive fans, "thought u were gonna all hate me.. thanks 4 being so kind and cool about it.. #mutedbutnotstupid"

A fan from Japan responded to his message, " Get well soon. Then please have a show in Tokyo when u feel much better!"

Maxwell promised fans that he will tour again later this year when his new album blackSUMMERS'night is released.
