Ariana Grande supports Justin Bieber on Twitter after DUI arrest, crushing on Selena Gomez's ex? Fans should 'offer more compassion'

Several celebs are very disappointed in the Biebs, including Hollywood funnyman Seth Rogen:

But others feel sort of bad for the 19-year-old pop sensation... including Nickelodeon princess Ariana Grande. Following Bieber's DUI arrest on Thursday (Jan. 23), the young songstress pleaded with fans:

@ArianaGrande: "days like today remind us how much more compassion, understanding and tolerance we need to have for 1 another... less judgement and critique."

@ArianaGrande: "we're all human and we all have great amounts of pressure on us. when someone's hurting, be there. we could all use a little more compassion."

Grande doesn't mention the "Believe" crooner by name... but who else would she really be talking about?

Over the summer, rumors suggested that Bieber was "romancing" the "Sam & Cat" starlet because of this flirtatious photo:

Grande eventually told fans to "chill out" because she was not trying to date the Biebs. But perhaps she does have soft spot for Selena Gomez's ex?

Wonder if they'd make a cute couple... after Bieber straightened-out, of course.
