Coming straight off of a violent prison fight in the last episode, we learn that Carrie is basically just dealing with her own demons while behind bars. She's worried about her children and thinks Rabbit is still alive, going after them. Carrie's not locked up for long; by how long would it really take for Rabbit to find her children?
We're introduced to Lana Cleary, a rebellious Native American that is apparently dating a young Amish boy named Solomon (Rebecca's brother). Skipping past the dramatic build up with rain and an Amish wedding, Lana's discovered murdered - violently. Solomon is nowhere to be found, though a large Indian man named Chayton Littlestone who peeked Hood's interest at the crime scene.
Chayton is now the main suspect after we learn about his "keeping the tribe pure" beliefs. Hood ventures onto the reservation, but not the casino. This is a whole other side we haven't seen yet. Needless to say, Hood gets into a fight with the giant Indian. It's a good one! Eventually Hood and his deputies subdue Chayton and bring him and his brother Tommy in for questioning.
Add in some sexual tension between Hood and deputy Kelly before throwing in another crazy twist: Jason Hood, the son of the real Lucas Hood. What a fun mess this is going to be!
Kai and Rebecca visit their former families and end up taking care of business. We get to see Procter at his best: beating people up! But when Rebecca goes looking for Solomon, she meets up with a hooded assailant. She escapes and when Hood goes to find the attacker he only manages to shoot the mysterious man's leg.
After taking him back to her place, Kelly and Hood FINALLY sleep together! That's all we really wanted, right?
The final scene shows Nola Longshadow looking at the dead body of Lena. Fans of the series know that this does not bode well for whomever committed the crime
