Shots ring out...again at Rich Homie Quan concert, two people left injured

Almost exactly a month ago, Mstars reported that a man had been fatally shot at a Rich Homie Quan concert in Ohio and we just got word that a similar situation went down at his concert in Missouri this past weekend.

According to All Hip Hop News, the incident took place in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

The site reports that one person was shot in the chest and another in the leg at a venue hosting Quan's concert late Saturday (Jan. 25). Local police say the injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.

It all began when s security guard at the event says an identified man "got physical with security." The man was removed from the venue but allegedly returned with a gun and began shooting.

Police are reporting that began firing inside Arena Building around 10:20 pm. The concert was shut down as a result of the incident.

The Southeast Missourian reports that after the two victims arrived at the hospital, scanner traffic indicated three more shots had been fired in the area of the concert.

Early Sunday (Jan. 26) morning, a woman came into the Cape Girardeau Police Department about 1:15 a.m., saying her vehicle , which was unoccupied at the time, had been shot several times, but no one was hurt.

Venues may want to rethink booking Rich Homie Quan if these types of incidents keep occurring. Mstars wishes a speedy recovery for those injured in this incident.
