So, what does ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez do? Start dating Austin Mahone, apparently. And it's all thanks to Gomez's BFF Taylor Swift.

"They're seeing each other," an alleged source tells Us Weekly. The 21-year-old "Come & Get It" songstress and her new 17-year-old boy toy are supposedly "keeping the romance relatively quiet." But on January 24, both "love birds" were spotted at the Beats Music concert LA. They "snuck-out" separately, but left together in the same car.

And Swift thinks Mahone is a way better match for the former Disney sweetheart:

"Taylor loves [Austin]. She thinks he's adorable and knows Justin's threatened by him," another source once told HollywoodLife. "Getting him to hang out with Selena was her idea. It's no secret she's not a fan of Justin anymore, so it seems pretty obvious why she'd want to push Austin and Selena together. Plus, Austin is the nicest guy. He's so genuine - what you see is what you get. He doesn't party, he's humble and he's not taking any of this for granted."

But they're just not true... several fans might want to see a romance blossom between Mahone and Gomez, but they're just good friends. A reliable insider recently told GossipCop that the two are definitely NOT dating.
