RHOA Phaedra Parks, Apollo Nida divorce rumors shut down despite cheating scandal and fraud charges

Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Apollo Nida and Phaedra Parks say they will never divorce despite facing some serious fraud charges and cheating rumors.

In a twitter post on Tuesday, Apollo was asked If he and his wife have decide to separate and he responded, "NEVER!!!!"

Previously, Reality Tea.com reported that Nida's alleged mistress may appear on RHOA if Phaedra decides to ditch her husband. This isn't the first time Apollo was accused of some shady cheating business.

 The cheating rumors comes after TMZ reported that Apollo has been charged for identity theft after the Secret Service's Counterfeit and U.S. Treasury Check Squad alleged that the former convict created mock-up companies to obtain people's personal information for fraudulent reasons.

The entertainment site claims that the reality star then opened fake bank accounts and stole U.S. Treasury checks, stolen retirement checks from Delta Airline employees and unclaimed tax money.
