R&B Diva Kelly Price attended the ASCAP annual Pre-Grammy event this past weekend, where MStars reporter, Star Connor, learned that Price is currently in the studio working on her next project, due out this April, called "Sing, Pray, Love."
The singer says, "the music is incredible it's what i love, and being in this process, I'm writing and I'm producing." Price is also working on getting her new reality series, Too Fat for Fame on the air.
When asked who she was looking forward to seeing on Grammys night Price replied, "I'm looking forward to everybody...I'm working on the Grammys for next year."
She said she always enjoyed the ASCAP Brunch, and "always have a good time at the ASCAP Brunch." She mention that ASCAP helps the producers and writers saying that, "before the singer can sing it, it has to be written."
Price says she is inspired by "life, everything about life, I remember writing my first song when I was 7 years old and I wrote about what mattered to me then....and what was important to me then...so writing has always been what mattered. I always found ways to write about life, I'll always be able to write about love, I'll always be able to write about heartbreak, I'll always be able to write about being happy; growing failing any of it."
