Kanye West will not be prosecuted for Beverly Hills, alleged victim refuses to speak to prosecutors

Last month Kanye West found himself after trying to protect his future wifey Kim Kardashian and now it looks like Yeezus is off the hook.

According to TMZ, Mr. West will not be prosecuted for the Beverly Hills fight he had with an 18-year-old man. The site reports that the L.A. County D.A. has rejected the case for several reasons including the fact that a civil compromise has been reached.

TMZ previously reported that Kanye agreed to pay more than $250,000 to the 18-year-old. 

Aside from that, the victim was not hurt and became uncooperative after the civil compromise. He refused to speak with prosecutors.

In conclusion, the D.A. had this to say: "Prosecution is accordingly declined due to Victim unavailability."

In case you missed it, this all came to be when an unnamed 18-year-old tried to help Kim Kardashian into the office of a Bevelry Hills area chiropractor as she was being bombarded by the paparazzi. The young man allegedly referred to the photogs by several slurs and Kim K put him in check for using the N-word.

In a shocking turn of events, the 18-year-old began yelling a Kim saying, "F**k you bitch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid slut."

Kim promptly called her man and when Kanye arrived, he allegedly located the man in the office and punched him.

The Beverly Hills PD arrived on the scene and the young man stated that he was looking to press charges against the rapper.
