Jadakiss talks Macklemore and Grammys; reportedly arrested with French Montana and Chinx Drugz?

Jadakiss went ahead and said what we were all thinking after this year's Grammys. The veteran NY rapper and member of the LOX admitted that the Grammys are "not geared toward hip-hop" in an interview with REVOLT. 

Kiss does fall out of line with several more vocal hip-hop fans in that he agrees that Macklemore deserved his Grammys, a point that not even Macklemore seems to believe.

"Macklemore knows that being independent and doing what he's done, he deserved everything," he said.

Jadakiss' main beef is that the Rap Album of the Year category was skewed away from hip-hop at the start.

"When they say the Hip-Hop Album of the Year, only two of the nominees, or maybe one, is really Hip-Hop. Just when you thought the Grammys was loosening up," he said.

Now Jadakiss is in the news for a very different reason. HotNewHipHop reports he was arrested at a pre-Super Bowl party along with French Montana and Chinx Drugz. Details are still unclear, so more to come.
