Tyrese Gibson's baby mama uses Paul Walker's death in an ugly custody battle?

MStars has learned that R&B singer Tyrese Gibson is claiming that the mother of his daughter is using actor Paul Walker's death against him in their child custody battle. 

According to TMZ, Norma Gibson filed court documents claiming that the R&B singer is a bad parent, who should have stayed in L.A. to spend time with their 6-year-old daughter, Shayla after the Fast & Furious actor's death. Norma says that he had time to spare, since the production of Fast & Furious 7 was put on hold. 

Norma is claiming that Tyrese ignored his daughter, and instead took trips to other countries such as Dubai. The site is stating that the mother said, Tyrese went "gallivanting throughout Dubai...staying in expensive hotels...partying on yachts, sky-diving with other movie stars, driving expensive cars, and making special appearances in night clubs."

Sources in Tyrese's camp say that he is angry that Norma would use Paul Walker against him, and that he went to Dubai for business. The sources also claim that Tyrese was in need of the money,  and that he did four igs in order to pay child support.

The court case will be in session sometime this month.
