The Flaming Lips have already performed live with Yoko Ono, the logical next step is taking on the Beatles. Wayne Coyne and Co. are one of the few acts slated to cover the Fab Four for David Letterman's Beatles Tribute Week.

Flaming Lips will perform "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds" (because duh) with help from Sean Lennon on February 6. The performance is part of a week celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Beatles' iconic appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show. In additon to los Lips, Broken Bells will perform "And I Love Her" and Sting will sing "Drive My Car." More performances are slated to be announced.

Letterman isn't the only one celebrating, however. After music's biggest night several stars gathered for The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute to The Beatles. The concert will include contributions from Pharrell, Stevie Wonder and Ed Sheeran among others and will air on February 9.
